Donegal Swimmer Jake Houck Breaks Lancaster-Lebanon League Record

On February 8 in Wilson High School’s Roy G. Snyder Natatorium, Donegal junior Jake Houck edged out the Lancaster-Lebanon League record in the 100m butterfly, stopping the timers in 50.22 seconds to overtake the previous record of 50.29 seconds, held by Conestoga Valley’s Todd Wilson.

Coach Jessica Shellenberger Honored with USA Field Hockey’s National Coach Award

In her 15 seasons coaching Donegal field hockey, Jessica Shellenberger has led the team to 308 wins, including a 28-1 season in 2018 that culminated in a record fifth-straight District Three championship and a second PIAA championship title, and now, Shellenberger’s efforts are being recognized on the national stage.
